Pilgrim Harps Lifetime Guarantee

If any part of the structure of your Harp (excluding the soundboard) should break due to faulty materials or manufacture, Pilgrim Harps will pay for its return and repair or exchange.
If it is easier for a local repair technician to affect the repair, then we will reimburse you for the repair. All works must be agreed beforehand with Pilgrim Harps.
Our exclusive lifetime guarantee is transferable to the new owner, provided we are informed of the new owner’s details.
This guarantee does not include wear-and-tear or any damage due to an accident.
(This lifetime guarantee does not cover the soundboard. However, we offer a 15 year guarantee for the soundboard and brass soundboard bushes.)

When purchasing a new pedal harp from us, if you bring it back to us after 1 year, we will give you the first service free of charge, this is to check the regulation and intonation after the harp has settled down.
Subsequent servicing is the purchaser’s responsibility and is not classed as a manufacturers fault. It is general maintenance of the harp by the owner.
